Our experienced designer would listen to your ideas and provide a preliminary design proposal. We would arrange the first meeting with you at your convenience. Free onsite checking, onsite consultation and quotation making by our experienced interior designer

Customer could select suitable design package based on your need and our experienced designer will prepare a tailor-made quotation. (Customer could call our designer at your convenience in order to adjust the contracts related content).

After having further onsite checking, customer will receive the finalized floor plan and we will help our customers to arrange the insurance and prepare all the paperwork. We will take all your requirements into account and develop the hand drawing and 3D drawing. A finalized design proposal including all the drawing will be given to you for your review. You will get a clear idea about how the apartment will look. Our designer would search for the best furnishing materials, fittings and decorations with the customers. Customers could ask our professional opinion.

Once you have given us your apartment’s key, we start the renovation work including removal service, concrete finish, plumbing and electrical work, woodworking, painting work, glass work and onsite supervision. During the renovation process, it is no need for you to visit the apartment regularly for checking. We would monitor our team to make sure that the construction work is done properly and we would update the onsite progress regularly by our project manager. We would do all the coordinating work regarding the delivery arrangement. By construction schedule, our company strives to on-time completion and handover. One year structure warranty for free
